These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 89toto platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.

To register an Account on 89toto, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity document), a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, and your date of birth. You must also select a secure password for your Account.
Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on 89toto at any given time. The maintenance of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Detected duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances associated with secondary accounts may be forfeited without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your email address, username, and password. You agree to notify 89toto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. 89toto shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
All information provided during registration and throughout the life of your Account must be accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change — in particular your contact information or payment method — you are required to update your Account profile promptly. 89toto reserves the right to suspend Accounts where inaccurate or misleading registration data is discovered.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 89toto requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. KYC may also be triggered at any time at 89toto's discretion in response to account activity patterns, large deposit volumes, or regulatory compliance obligations.

Standard KYC reviews are completed within 1–24 business hours (WIB, UTC+7). During peak periods — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek) — review times may extend to 48 hours. You will be notified by email once your verification is complete.
89toto reserves the right to decline a KYC submission if the documents provided are illegible, altered, or inconsistent with Account registration data. In such cases, the Member will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to resubmit compliant documentation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may be suspended.
89toto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency transactions are accepted.
89toto complies with internationally rec ognized anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any deposit must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal to the same payment method is permitted. Deposits suspected of being made for the purpose of money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated Account suspended immediately pending investigation.
All bonus offers published on 89toto are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details, all Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus Fund credit of Rp 100.000 requires total bets of Rp 2.000.000 to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.

These promotions carry their own specific terms, which will be published alongside each offer. Participation implies acceptance of those specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
All sports bets placed on 89toto — including bandar bola (football bookmaking) markets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and Asian handicap (voor bola) lines — are governed by 89toto's official Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately and incorporated by reference into these Terms. By placing a sports bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted those rules.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, erroneous game outcomes caused by technical malfunction, or incorrectly credited payouts — 89toto reserves the right to void and reverse the affected transaction, regardless of whether funds have already been credited to a Member's Account. Members are expected to notify 89toto of any apparent errors rather than exploit them.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89toto Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied, and any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal terms.
89toto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 89toto holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits 89toto's right to seek emergency injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, prevent fraud, or preserve the integrity of the Platform.
By registering an Account, Members acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are complex and that it is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.
89toto reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify Members via email or an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 12.1.
